Compliance Manager

Soho, New York | Full-Time

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a background in compliance and regulation within the Property & Casualty insurance space to join our team.
You’ll develop and enhance compliance policies and help monitor, detect and prevent compliance deficiencies.
You’ll also be responsible for leading risk management initiatives.
This includes identifying compliance and regulatory risks, establishing risk controls, and development of risk mitigation plans.
You’ll work closely with our legal team to ensure products, systems, processes & procedures are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and work directly with regulators to resolve any regulatory issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years regulatory/compliance experience with Property & Casualty insurance (preferably homeowners)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of policy lifecycle and the associated impact of the insurance regulatory environment
  • Strong understanding of monitoring & testing practices
  • All around team player, fast self-learning individual
  • Smart, problem solver
