Communications Associate

Dubnov Campus, TLV | Communications & Content | Full-time

We’re looking for a storyteller to join Lemonade’s Comms team and help tell our story worldwide, with an emphasis on the Tel Aviv ecosystem.

You’ll use your first-class knowledge of the local media landscape to help drive the global comms strategy and proactively manage initiatives, collaborating across teams and with multiple stakeholders. Spearheading projects from concept to design to execution, you’ll ensure they always align with Lemonade’s values, brand, and mission.

You’ll work with a wide range of colleagues—including members of the Talent, People, and R&D teams—to empower them to tell the Lemonade story and bring our mission to life through media opportunities, events, social media, and more. You’ll also help craft and implement communications and PR activities that support and promote our overall strategic priorities, brand values, and product lines, while defining measures for reaching the goals, key stakeholders, and target audiences for every initiative, with demanding timelines.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in communications or media relations (a focus on workplace culture a plus!)
  • Demonstrated background managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Aptitude for building relationships and striving for excellence in everything you do
  • Strong familiarity with the Tel Aviv local media market
  • Excellent writing (English & Hebrew) and visual presentation skills (with a portfolio to share).
  • A passion for storytelling, content creation, and social media
  • You’re an optimistic, fast-learner, who is curious beyond belief and loves getting shit done!
