Claims Technical Training Manager, Car

Atlanta, Georgia | Claims Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for a passionate training and development professional to help launch a world-class training program for our new car insurance product.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating casualty training and professional development programs for team members, covering  comparative negligence, state specifics, injury evaluations, and litigation defense. You’ll also foster the growth of more experienced team members through educational initiatives to improve their skills and capabilities in claims handling.

You’ll be responsible for developing programs to support the long-term growth of our employees on our car claims team. You will partner with internal stakeholders across the company to design and build the new car claims training program in our learning platform.

  • 5+ years as a claims handling professional, with intimate knowledge of standard policy forms, state negligence rules, bodily injury claims, and litigation defense
  • 2+ years of experience designing and delivering curriculum
  • A background in building and implementing training programs is preferred
  • Experience utilizing learning platforms to build and scale training programs
  • A creative, innovative approach to training and onboarding 
  • The ability to work across departments
  • All-around team player who is a self-motivated, fast learner
  • Loves getting shit done!
