Claims Team Lead, Bodily Injury (High Value)

We’re looking for a Claims Experience Lead for our Personal Lines Car team.  Are you a highly motivated, compassionate leader who’s eager to help push the possibilities of customer experience in a way no other insurance company has ever attempted? If so, read on!

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing our experienced CLX advocates as they process  bodily injury, medical, and physical damage claims. You will ensure claims are handled efficiently, while always providing a world-class customer experience. We will look to you to guide, mentor,  and manage this incredible team.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of auto claims experience, including Bodily Injury, UM/UIM, Medical (PIP, Medpay), and Physical Damage  claims-handling experience
  • 3+ years handling more complex auto injuries, including attorney-represented injury claims, and auto litigation in multiple jurisdictions
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team of auto adjusters 
  • Proficiency in 1st and 3rd-party injury processing and evaluation systems
  • A proven track record of growing, managing, and coaching a successful team
  • Experience working with large national auto service vendors
  • Licensed as a Auto Adjuster in NY, CA, TX, or another state
  • Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
  • The ability to approach your work with empathy, patience, and positivity
