We’re looking for an exceptional manager for the Lemonade Claims Operations team. If you like diving into complex data sets, and measuring team success , this one’s for you.
In this role you’ll be at the nexus of ops, claims, finance and strategy as you help drive activities that improve efficiency and impact results, supporting the continued growth of the CLX team across the country. You can expect to work closely with management to scale processes and drive interconnectedness between CLX and various business needs, while identifying key metrics and measurements to benchmark individual and overall CLX squad performance.
