We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric team leader to manage our personal lines claims experience teams (homeowners, condo, and renters insurance). If you’re an inspired, driven individual with tons of positive energy and a genuine passion for helping others, this one’s for you.
In this role, you’ll ensure the overall success and productivity of our property claims teams, and help us exceed customer expectations along the way. You’ll strive to advance our workflows and improve key performance indicators. You’ll also ensure claims are handled efficiently, while always providing a world-class customer experience.
We will look to you to guide, mentor, and manage a team of Squad Leads while building relationships with other leaders in the New York and Arizona offices.
