We’re searching for a Claims Experience Trainer to partner with our CLX Training team to build, scale, and deliver interactive training content that enriches the experience of our Pet claims advocates.
In this role, you’ll design learning experiences that enhance new hire onboarding, knowledge retention, and continuous education within the Pet Claims Experience team.
In your day to day, you’ll work closely with tribe leaders within the organization to align goals, identify optimization opportunities, and brainstorm new content. You will utilize learning platforms for content delivery and learning progression, and be responsible for tracking new hire onboarding metrics to ensure the training program is effectively elevating the skills and knowledge of our Pet CLX team.
