- Minimum of 8+ years of property (home, renters, condo) claims-handling experience, with dwelling damage estimation skills
- Licensed as a Property Adjuster in NY, CA, FL, or other state
- Xactware mastery is a must—Level 3 certification preferred
- An all-around team player and problem-solver who learns quickly and is adept at juggling multiple projects
- Prior training experience is a must
- Expertise in servicing homeowners-related structural Large Losses up to $500,000, including fire/water mitigation, extensive contents inventory, and ALE, as well as experience working with outside experts, attorneys, and public adjusters
- A coverage expert when it comes to tort law and state and federal law as it applies to coverage, as well as current building codes, building materials, and repair methodologies
