Claims Experience Team Lead, Internal Auto Review

In this role, you’ll work closely with Lemonade Claims Experience Advocates and Claims Experience Champions to find a quick resolution by providing accurate estimates to both our physical damage and bodily injury teams.  By focusing on the details that produce excellence and upholding a customer-first mindset, you'll be a trusted and caring resource.

The ideal candidate for this role has an extensive background leading, inspiring and developing appraisal teams. Strategic agility, sound judgement, and a great sense of humor are all a must.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years of auto claims leadership experience, including leading appraisal teams
  • 3+ years supporting teams handling complex auto damage claims including total-loss
  • Extensive experience with Mitchell estimation software with ability to adapt to new technology and tools
  • Strong understanding of limits issues and authority
  • An all-around team player who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, and loves to get shit done
  • Auto insurance license required; Texas license – a plus
  • Experience at a tech start up – a plus
