Claims Experience Lead, High Value
We’re looking for an experienced people leader to manage our High Value Claims Experience Advocates.
As part of CLX Leadership, you’ll oversee and manage a motivated group of Advocates. You will manage, develop, and execute on all matters quickly and efficiently, while defying customer expectations along the way.
Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, develop and manage a team of coaches, advocates and champs
- Assist in handling claims–customer escalations and coverage decisions
- Drive team performance using data to align on the biggest areas of opportunities
- Lead regular team huddles on Zoom and engage your remote team via Slack communication
- Track and report performance metrics and team KPIs and use the resulting insights to inform future priorities
- Provide consistent, thoughtful, tangible, in-the-moment feedback to direct reports and peers to boost growth and performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of claims handling
- Experienced leader who has coached a team of 6 or more
- The ability to motivate and encourage others
- Comfortable with, and adaptable to, new technology and business tools
