As a Claims Team Lead, you’ll oversee and help us settle fast-track claims. You will help ensure that all matters are handled quickly and efficiently, while defying customer expectations along the way. We will look to you to guide, mentor, and manage a team of specialists.
Lemonade operates under a hybrid working model, depending on the team. Our CLX Lead should be comfortable working primarily from home. You will, however, be expected to commute into the office for quarterly events, meetings, and training sessions. This means that the role does require you to live in the state of Arizona.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be customer-obsessed. And to provide the best experience remotely, you’ll need to have a strong broadband internet connection and a quiet, at-home workspace where you’re able to take calls with customers and meet with colleagues over Zoom, without distraction.
