Claims Experience Lead - FAST

As a Claims Team Lead, you’ll oversee and help us settle fast-track claims. You will help ensure that all matters are handled quickly and efficiently, while defying customer expectations along the way. We will look to you to guide, mentor, and manage a team of specialists.

  • 2+ years of people management experience required
  • Experienced leader who has coached a team of 6 or more
  • The ability to motivate and encourage others
  • High EQ, and skilled at providing direct and honest feedback
  • An eagerness to disrupt the insurance industry
  • Comfortable articulating yourself on the phone as well as via email
  • Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • A surplus of empathy and patience, along with a positive approach to work and life
  • Comfortable with, and adaptable to, new technology and business tools
  • Prior experience with claims handling is a definite plus
