In this role, you’ll be mentoring advocates while working closely with leadership. Your day-to-day will include complex claim handling, QA, resolving customer escalations, and providing feedback to advocates in QA reviews. You will help ensure claims are handled accurately, while providing a world-class customer experience. We will look to you to guide new team members during onboarding and serve as a subject matter expert for your team.
