We’re looking for a Claims Experience Champion to join our team—and we want to hear from inspired, driven individuals who are ready to help disrupt the traditional insurance industry.
In your typical day, you’ll manage customer communications for our Claims Experience team, bridging the gap between Lemonade and its policyholders with empathy. Your goal will be to deliver delightful experiences to our customers via email and phone.
The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college grad, or someone with 1+ years experience working in a customer service environment. Patience, excellent writing skills, and a great sense of humor are all a must.
