Claims Experience Champion

We’re looking for a Claims Experience Champion to join our team. If you’re an energized, highly motivated, and get-shit-done kind of person who is driven by empathy, this one’s for you.

In your typical day, you’ll manage customer communications for our claims experience team, bridging the gap between the insurance world and policyholders. We will look to you to deliver delightful experiences to our customers via email and phone. Patience, good writing skills, and a great sense of humor required.
