In this role, you’ll manage customer communications for our Claims Experience team, bridging the gap between pet parents and the world of pet insurance.
We’ll look to you to deliver delightful experiences to our customers, utilizing your patience, stellar writing skills, deep knowledge of dog and cat care, and great sense of humor. Working closely with our Pet Claims Advocates, you’ll be responsible for showing an unparalleled level of kindness to our customers and their fur fams.
