In your typical day, you’ll manage customer communications for our Claims Experience team, bridging the gap between Lemonade and its policyholders with empathy. Your goal will be to deliver delightful experiences to our customers via email and phone. You will also build strong relationships with Claims Advocates, helping them gather the information needed to resolve claims.
The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college grad, or someone with experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Patience, excellent writing skills, and a great sense of humor are all a must.
