In this role, you’ll work closely with Lemonade policyholders, vendors and claimants to quickly and accurately create, review, and negotiate car damage appraisals. By focusing on the details that produce excellence and upholding a customer-first mindset, you'll be a trusted and caring resource.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with 5+ years of experience working in a customer service environment, and 2+ years estimating physical damage in the auto insurance space. Patience, excellent writing skills, and a great sense of humor are all a must.
