We’re looking for an empathetic claims professional who will help us settle non-injury car liability losses quickly and efficiently.
As an essential part of the Car insurance team at Lemonade, you’ll work closely with policyholders, vendors and claimants to quickly find a resolution to non-injury car liability claims. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as underwriting and SIU, to assess risk and investigate losses—all while providing a best-in-class customer experience. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be customer-obsessed.
This role will be situated within Metromile, an insurer recently acquired and brought into the Lemonade family.
Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $49,000 - 55,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
