Associate Insurance Product Manager, Pet

We׳re looking for a talented associate product manager to join a growing and dynamic team focused on developing Lemonade's pet insurance offerings. In this role, you'll take concept to delivery, crafting an experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful.

You’ll support the Insurance Product team and leadership by providing product analysis, monitoring data and trends, building dashboards, and conducting competitive analysis. You’ll also team up with our Insurance Operations and Product teams to support the implementation of features—as well as forms, rates, and rules in new and existing geographies—with the Lemonade user experience always at the forefront.

The perfect candidate for this role is a highly analytical, experienced product manager or analyst who's passionate about redefining the way that insurance products are delivered.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of P&C experience, specifically personal lines (pet insurance strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Familiarity with actuarial pricing, reserving concepts, and financial models for personal lines insurance
  • Adept at communicating complex concepts in a simple way
  • Superior problem solving skills; an ability to be creative and resourceful when faced with ambiguity
  • Advanced in Excel, Google Workspace, and data manipulation & visualization tools (Looker preferred)
