We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with hands-on experience to join our growing legal team. Working out of our New York City office and reporting to our General Counsel, you’ll collaborate directly with teams across our international company, including People Ops, Office Ops, Compliance, and Finance.
We’re seeking someone whose broad range of employment-related legal skills, knowledge, and experience will help guide decision makers in a hyper-growth environment.
In this role, you’ll provide guidance regarding evolving legal and regulatory requirements and best practices across the full spectrum of employment-related issues—including hirings and terminations; ADA, FLSA, and FMLA compliance; employee onboarding and training; agreement templates; immigration issues; and employee benefits. You’ll also help with executive compensation-related SEC disclosures, including CD&A in proxy statements.
