Art Director

Soho, New York | Creative | Full-time

We’re looking for an Art Director who lives and breathes creative concepts to help make the Lemonade brand a household name.


You’ll work with a copywriting partner to develop breakthrough campaigns that land a strategy, move people, and reimagine what an insurance brand can be. Reporting directly to Head of Creative, you’ll develop brand work, digital campaigns, and everything else in between. Our ideal candidate is a master of design, photography, and typography and has a keen perspective on how to bring visual ideas to life, flawlessly.  

If you're an idea-generating machine with a big heart and small ego, and you’re someone who likes to challenge the status quo, we have a home for you.

Requirements
  • 7 years experience at an agency or in-house studio working on industry-leading brands
  • Experience owning campaigns across all channels, but especially on social and digital platforms
  • Able to develop simple yet awe-inspiring creative solutions for complex communication challenges 
  • Optimistic, a fast-learner, and curious beyond belief
  • Maker and hacker with something to prove
  • All-around team player who is a self-motivated problem solver
  • Loves getting shit done!
