Agent Partner Experience Specialist

Scottsdale, Arizona | Customer Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for licensed P&C customer experience specialists to join our team, working remotely from Scottsdale or Dallas. If you’re an energized, highly motivated, get-shit-done kind of person who is driven by empathy, this one’s for you!

Over a typical day, you’ll be asked to provide surprisingly delightful agent partner & customer experiences; advocate for customers; and play well with others. A license in P&C is required—as is patience, good writing skills, and a great sense of humor.

A key component of this role involves an ongoing education about the various insurance products Lemonade offers. You’ll start by focusing on our homeowner’s product, supporting our insurance agent partners and customers.  As new agent partner relationships get formed, you will also be trained in life, pet, renters, and car insurance (coming soon!). We’ll guide you with personalized coaching to ensure core mastery each step of the way.


  • Licensed in Property and Casualty in NY, CA, FL, or another state
  • Engaging personality, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • A surplus of empathy, patience, and positivity
  • You’re efficient, with impeccable attention to detail, and you love to get shit done
  • Strong writing skills
  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Tech savvy, with experience working with helpdesk tools (i.e. Zendesk)
  • Experience in a phone support role, or within a customer experience role at a tech startup, is a plus
  • Experience with agency partnership programs is a bonus
