Agency Operations Specialist

Soho, New York | Business Development | Full-time

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with strong operations and project management skills, to manage the partner onboarding process for our independent agency channel. This position is the first of its kind at Lemonade and an exciting opportunity to help scale a fast growing new channel for the company. 

In this role, you’ll oversee and streamline the tools, workflows, and processes required to appoint and launch new partner agencies and ensure they are set up for long-term success. In addition, you’ll manage post-launch operations to support ongoing business needs and deliver an amazing agent experience. This position sits within our Business Development team and reports to the Head of New Channels.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of operations experience, ideally at a tech startup. 
  • Experience managing external vendors, and managing CRM systems (like Hubspot, Salesforce), is a big plus.
  • Experience working with agency technology systems (such as IVANs, EZLynx, PLRater) is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a must.
  • Eager to take initiative, identify areas of opportunity, and drive implementation of solutions.
  • Able to work autonomously, handle multiple projects and prioritize time appropriately. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess downstream impacts of making process changes.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Underwriting teams.
