Director, Agency Partner Growth

Soho, New York | Business Development | Full-time

We’re looking for an outstanding director-level manager to lead the development of our partner growth function. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to spearhead the development of our emerging agency business,  working closely with our Head of New Channels and other leaders across the company to build out Lemonade’s B2B growth capabilities from scratch. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of acquisition marketing as well as CRM/lifecycle marketing, for our B2B agency partnerships. Your main focus will be building brand awareness and excitement about Lemonade in the agency channel—driving traffic and acquiring new partnerships, and increasing overall agency engagement with Lemonade. 

  • 5-10 years in digital marketing (B2B experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing both user acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven ability to create effective growth strategies and manage execution, from ideation to implementation 
  • Data-driven, with experience conducting A/B tests, measuring results, and optimizing channel performance
  • Resourceful, creative, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, operating with high degree of autonomy
  • Expertise buying media across various channels and platforms
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams is a plus
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • All-around team player who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, and loves to get shit done!
